This website is operated by Static Society, based in Beirut, Lebanon. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and garments may vary slightly between production runs. All measurements in the size guide are approximate.
Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, an unreachable phone number, or a repeated pattern of refused cash-on-delivery orders. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund it in full.
Returns
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the full terms, including damaged and incorrect items.
Discounts
Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, can’t be combined with other offers, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Intellectual property
The Static Society name, wordmark, monogram, designs, graphics, product photography and site content are our property. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.
Liability
We provide the site and our products as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits any right you have that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
