Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Lebanon only. International shipping is planned but not yet open.
Cost
Delivery is a flat $4 anywhere in Lebanon. There is no free shipping threshold.
Timing
Orders ship from Beirut and arrive in 2–7 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Delivery times can stretch during periods of high demand or road disruption — if your order is running late, message us and we’ll check where it is.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. You pay the courier when the order reaches you. Online payment is also available at checkout.
Address accuracy
We pass your name, address and phone number to the courier so they can reach you. Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable — couriers will call before delivering, and orders that can’t be reached are returned to us.
